Cox Automotive operates some of the most recognized brands in the automotive industry — Autotrader, Kelley Blue Book, and Dealertrack. Unifying 12+ business units onto a single enterprise Salesforce platform was one of the most complex CRM transformations in the automotive technology sector.

As Senior Manager of Software Engineering and sole technical decision authority, I sponsored and delivered this six-year program end-to-end — from architecture design through full enterprise deployment and two years of enhancements.
